Your first visit to Kapuskasing Foot Clinic establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your Chiropodist. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
Insurance
Our office accepts all extended health insurance plans. We can bill directly the majority of these insurance plans. Please bring all of your extended health insurance information with you to your first appointment. This will enable us to verify your coverage. We are registered providers for WSIB as well as DVA. The services are NOT covered by OHIP.
Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
